COVID-19 Update: Temporary Store Closure

To our valued customers:

With developments in the COVID-19 outbreak, both of our locations (Chinook Centre and Market Mall) will be temporarily closed until further notice.

The health and safety of our community, customers, and employees is our top priority. With the spread of the Corona Virus and it’s growing impact we are very sad to announce this temporary store closure. We are sorry for any inconvenience this closure may cause. With the importance of social distancing and containment of the virus, this decision was made with the best interest of our customers and employees in mind.

Special Orders, Repairs, and Servicing

Unfortunately, with closures that are happening, this will cause delays. Due to the high value of our jewellery and engagement rings, any items that were ready cannot be picked-up until Maxime’s reopens. We understand that this may cause some inconveniences. However, we assure you that your jewellery is safe and secure. We will notify everyone waiting to pick-up their jewellery and engagement rings as soon as we reopen.

We Are Still Able to Process Special Orders!

Although our stores are currently closed, we want to continue helping Calgary get engaged. Engagement rings and jewellery can still be ordered as some designers may reopen before we can. Your order will still be submitted during our close so that your order is first in the queue when they reopen. If you have a proposal planned, please contact us through our website.
